Upgrade the Virtual Appliance
Upgrade or patch the components of the Virtual Appliance on its platform.
Note: During the upgrade process, you may experience a temporary outage. Therefore, schedule the upgrade during the maintenance window to minimize the impact.
You can apply the Virtual Appliance patch for the critical updates instead of the complete upgrade. See Update Virtual Appliance with the Patch.
