ITSI compatibility with related apps and add-ons

This table lists versions of IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) and compatible versions of the following related Splunk products:

  • The Splunk AI Toolkit is required if you want to leverage ITSI's machine learning capabilities. ITSI recommends using Splunk AI Toolkit version 5.7.4.
  • Install the Python for Scientific Computing Add-on version 4.3.2 or later for certain ITSI features.
  • The Common Information Model (CIM) is required for bidirectional ticketing with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira Service Management. For more information, see Overview of episode actions in ITSI.
  • The Splunk Add-on for BMC Remedy version 5.5.0 or later is required for integration with BMC Remedy.
  • The Splunk Add-on for Jira Cloud is required for integration with Jira Service Management.

  • The Splunk App for for Cloud Connect version 1.1.0 is compatible with ITSI 5.0 and later.
