You can integrate AppDynamics and Splunk Observability Cloud when you meet the following requirements:

• Licenses are available for both AppDynamics Controller tenants and Splunk Observability Cloud accounts.
• You have a Splunk AppDynamics SaaS environment with controller version 25.7.0 or greater.
• Both Cluster Agent and Splunk OTel collector are available on the same cluster.
• You know your Splunk AppDynamics tenant URL, which was provided to you by the Splunk AppDynamics Operations team when you completed your registration with Splunk AppDynamics.
• Use Cluster Agent 25.7 to install Splunk OTel Collector. See Install Splunk OTel Collector Using Cluster Agent. If Splunk OTel Collector and Cluster Agent is already installed on the same cluster, you can upgrade to Cluster Agent 25.7 without installing the collector. See Upgrade Cluster Agent Using Helm and Upgrade the Cluster Agent Using Kubernetes CLI.
• Required agents (Java, .NET, or Node.js Agent) are installed and correlated with Cluster Agent. See Manually Configure App Server Agents to Correlate with the Cluster Agent or Auto-instrument Applications with the Cluster Agent.
• You have administrator access on both AppDynamics SaaS and Splunk Observability Cloud to connect the AppDynamics SaaS tenant with Splunk Observability Cloud.
