Pause and resume Ingest monitoring

When you pause Ingest monitoring, the app stops running saved searches. While Ingest monitoring is paused, the app will not collect data, and it cannot retroactively provide metrics for the period during which Ingest monitoring was paused.

Once Ingest monitoring is resumed, the app will restart running saved searches. However, immediately after resumption, the app may temporarily display empty or incomplete results as it takes time for metrics to accumulate and populate.

How to pause or resume Ingest monitoring

Pause ingest monitoring

1. Click the Settings button.
2. Select Pause.
3. A confirmation prompt appears. Click Pause to confirm or Cancel to exit without pausing Ingest monitoring.

Resume Ingest monitoring

1. Click the Settings button.
2. Select Resume.
3. A confirmation prompt appears. Click Resume to confirm or Cancel to exit without resuming Ingest monitoring.
