About this release
Version 1.3.0 of the Splunk DBX Add-on for MongoDB JDBC was released on August 29, 2025. It is compatible with the following software and platform.

New features
- Added support for the ObjectId BSON type. Values are now automatically extracted and returned as strings.
- Collection names containing whitespace characters are now correctly parsed and supported.
- Improved parsing of MongoDB Query Language (MQL) expressions to allow any special characters within square brackets for both database and collection names.
Fixed issues
Version 1.3.0 of the Splunk DBX Add-on for MongoDB JDBC contains no fixed issues.
