Known Issues
The following are known issues and workarounds for this version of Data Manager.

| UCF-1181 | Large files ingested using the promote feature can cause out-of-memory (OOM) errors and Pod restarts within UCF clusters, which may lead to duplicate data in Splunk, especially for JSON files. For Parquet files, attempts to ingest multiple files simultaneously can lead to frequent OOM errors and restarts. The impact is determined by the expanded raw data size in Splunk, not just the file size on disk. No immediate workaround is available. Run only one promote job at a time. Monitor for duplicate data in Splunk after Pod restarts. |
