| Date filed | Issue number | Description | Workaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| March 3, 2026 | ITSI-43656 | [Splunk App for Content Packs] In version 2.5.0, the list of service options shown during import is not filtered based on the selected Catalyst Center Host value. As a result, all services are displayed, regardless of your host selection. |

| March 3, 2026 | ITSI-43658 | [Splunk App for Content Packs] In version 2.5.0, if customers install content packs with prefixes or change the service template name after installation, imported services are not linked to the correct service template and its key performance indicators (KPIs). This results in services being created without an associated service template or KPIs. | To avoid this issue, ensure you do the following when installing content packs:
If the content pack was installed with a prefix or later renamed: Change the name back to the default value. Similarly, if you made a clone of the template and want to use the cloned template: Rename the original template (such as <Template Name> - Original) and then rename the cloned template to the original template name. |

[Content Pack for Cisco Data Center] The Cisco Nexus Dashboard service import module doesn't support case sensitive service names. If you import two services with the same name that are differentiated only by uppercase or lowercase characters, the module shows that the import succeeded. However, the sandbox editor shows that only one of the services was imported. |
Ensure that your services have unique and case insensitive names before you use the service import module. |
