Support and limitations

This document outlines the technical details and limitations of the current system, including supported alert sources and features not currently available.

Note: In the Controlled Availability release stage, Splunk products may have limitations on customer access, features, maturity, and regional availability. For additional information on Controlled Availability please contact your Splunk representative.

Supported alert sources

Currently, the incidents are created from alerts related to:

  • APM services

  • Kubernetes infrastructure

Limitations

Currently, the following capabilities are not included:

  • Manual incident creation.
  • Business impact or real-user impact analysis.
  • CI/CD or change event correlation.
  • Advanced notification customization.
  • External system bi-directional sync.
