次のように Accedian Skylight を統合してモニターします。

Accedian Skylight Authorization ベアラートークンの生成

注: すべてのロールを持つ Accedian Skylight ユーザーは、承認ベアラートークンを生成できます。ただし、ポータルロールを持つユーザーがトークンを生成して Splunk AppDynamics に保存した場合は、Accedian Skylight Analysis ビューのコンテンツはユーザーに表示されません。
  1. ターミナルを起動し、次のコマンドを実行します。

  2. ベアラートークンをコピーまたはメモします。

Splunk AppDynamics と Accedian Skylight の統合

注: 初めて統合を有効にするには、Splunk AppDynamics の管理者ロールが必要です。

Splunk AppDynamics にログインし、次の手順を実行します。

  1. ホームページの右上隅にある歯車アイコンをクリックし、[Administration] を選択します。このページにアクセスするには、管理権限が必要です。
  2. [IntegrationsAccedian Skylight] で、[Enable Accedian Skylight Integration] オプションをオンにします。統合を有効にすると、統合の利用規約に同意したことになります。
  3. テナント URL を指定します。たとえば、 https://<tenant-name>.analytics.accedian.io
  4. 前のセクションで作成した Authorization Token でベアラートークンを指定します。
    注: Splunk AppDynamics では、ベアラートークンを使用して、バックエンドで有効期間の長いトークンを作成します。このトークンは 1 年間有効です。Splunk AppDynamics は、指定したベアラートークンを保存しません。
  5. Save をクリックします。

Accedian Skylight でのセッションのタグ付け

セッションにタグを付けるには、Splunk AppDynamics でアプリケーションのアプリケーションキーをコピーし、それを Accedian Skylight で使用します。

  1. User Experience > Browser Apps にアクセスします。
  2. アプリケーション名の横に表示されるアプリケーションキーをコピーします。
Accedian Skylight にログインし、カスタムメタデータキーを作成します。
  1. Settings > Metadata にアクセスします。
  2. [Session] タブで [Add category] をクリックし、Splunk AppDynamics にコピーしたアプリケーションキーを貼り付けます。
  3. アプリケーションキーのハイフンをアンダースコアに置き換え、変更を保存します。
    警告: ハイフンは Accedian Skylight メタデータモデルでサポートされている文字ではありません。したがって、メタデータキーにハイフンを使用することはできません。ただし、メタデータ値はハイフンをサポートします。また、大文字が小文字に変わることに注意してください。たとえば、Splunk AppDynamics アプリケーションキーが SH-AAB-AAF-DUM, の場合、Accedian Skylight カスタムメタデータキーは SH_AAB_AAF_DUM. である必要がありますが、Accedian Skylight のカスタムメタデータ値は、ハイフンを含む Splunk AppDynamics アプリケーションキー (SH-AAB-AAF-DUM), と同じです。

セッションにタグを付けます。

  1. [InventorySessions] に移動して、タグを付けるセッションを選択します。
  2. [Custom metadata] パネルの [+] をクリックします。
  3. [Add Metadata] で、以前に作成したメタデータ値（ここでは、SH-AAB-AAF-DUM）を検索します。
  4. メタデータ値を追加します。

Splunk AppDynamics の Accedian Skylight データのモニタリング

Splunk AppDynamics で Accedian Skylight データを表示およびモニターするには、最初にウィジェットを追加する必要があります。

  1. Splunk AppDynamics コントローラで、[User ExperienceBrowser Apps] に移動します。
  2. [<application-name>] を選択します。[Browser App Dashboard] ページが表示されます。
  3. [Overview] の下で、[+] をクリックします。
  4. [Widgets] の下で、[Accedian Skylight Insights] をクリックします。

ウィジェットが追加されると、Accedian Skylight アラートイベントデータが表示されます。アラートの詳細については、「Accedian Skylight Alerting Overview」を参照してください。

ウィジェットのグラフには、アラートイベントの数が表示されます。デフォルトでは、発生したアラートイベントとクリアされたアラートイベントの両方がグラフに表示されます。フィルタ処理アイコンをクリックして、ポリシーとセッションにフィルタを適用し、詳細なアラートイベントの時系列を表示します。フィルタを適用するには、少なくとも 1 つのセッションまたはポリシーを選択する必要があります。[Group By] ドロップダウンを使用して、セッションまたはポリシーで時系列をグループ化することもできます。

アラートがない場合は、フラットな行が表示されます。[Clear] アイコンをクリックし、フィルタを削除します。ウィジェットの左上隅にある [Accedian Skylight] をクリックして、すべてのセッションの詳細を表示する Accedian Skylight Analysis ビューに移動します。

注: 一度に最大 10 個のセッションと 10 個のポリシーをフィルタ処理できます。
  • ポリシー名（Policy Name）
  • Session Name
  • メトリクス
  • アラート発生日
  • クリアされたアラート
  • Accedian Skylight で表示するハイパーリンク。リンクをクリックすると、Accedian Skylight のセッション詳細ビューに移動します。

Build Dashboards Using Dash Studio

You can create dashboards of Accedian Skylight data on the Dash Studio tab under Dashboards & Reports. Currently, you can build Accedian Skylight dashboards with the Time Series, Metric Number, and Gauge widgets. Unlike the Accedian Skylight Insights widget on the Browser App Dashboard page, there is no limit on the number of sessions and policies that you can add.

On the Time Series widget, you can add multiple queries to fetch data of more than one application. You cannot add multiple queries on the same Metric Number or Gauge widgets. If you want to add another query, add another Metric Number or Gauge widget.

注: This release does not support sharing Accedian Skylight public dashboards.

You can navigate from the widget to Accedian Skylight with a single click. To achieve this:

  1. Select the widget and click SINGLE CLICK ACTION under Widget Properties.
  2. Specify the following details:
    • Destination Type: Select URL.
    • Destination URL: Specify the URL of the Accedian Skylight portal.
    • Show in: Select Current page or New Window.
Now, in the View mode, click the Drilldown icon to navigate to Accedian Skylight.
注: You will be prompted to specify the login credentials of Accedian Skylight.
