Beta preview: OAuth for MCP Server

Version 1.1.0 of Splunk MCP Server offers a feature preview of OAuth for MCP Server. This feature can help make Splunk data easier to securely access from AI tools such as Glean, without the need to manage static credentials.

CAUTION: OAuth for MCP is a closed preview for Splunk Cloud Platform customers only. OAuth is off by default and requires enablement through Splunk support.

Participating in the beta preview

CAUTION: OAuth for MCP is a closed preview for Splunk Cloud Platform customers only. OAuth is off by default and requires enablement through Splunk support.

You must be a Splunk Cloud Platform customer running MCP Server version 1.1.0 to be eligible for this closed preview.

To participate, create a support ticket and request to upgrade to version 10.3 for OAuth and testing with MCP.
When creating the ticket, select the following options:
