OpAMP Supervisor for Collectors on standalone hosts

The OpAMP Supervisor runs and manages the Collector while connecting it to Splunk OpenTelemetry Fleet Management.

OpAMP Supervisor is a process that manages the OpenTelemetry Collectors and connects them to the Fleet Management OpAMP server. The process uses OpAMP protocol to communicate with the Fleet Management OpAMP Server, enabling you to apply remote configuration updates on Collectors seamlessly.

OpAMP Supervisor supports Collectors deployed on standalone hosts (Linux/Windows).
