This table lists versions of IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) and compatible versions of the following related Splunk products:

• The Splunk AI Toolkit is required if you want to leverage ITSI's machine learning capabilities. You must also install the Python for Scientific Computing Add-on version 4.2.0 or later in order to use this toolkit.
• The Common Information Model (CIM) is required for bidirectional ticketing with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira Service Management. For more information, see Overview of episode actions in ITSI.
• The Splunk Add-on for BMC Remedy version 5.5.0 or later is required for integration with BMC Remedy.
• The Splunk Add-on for Jira Cloud is required for integration with Jira Service Management.
