Dual Signal Mode for Nodejs

Generates Splunk AppDynamics APM data with OpenTelemetry signals using the OpenTelemetry Instrumentation for Nodejs.
Requires Node Agent 25.8.0 or higher.
Consumes higher memory and CPU than the hybrid mode.
