Delete or Modify a Custom Dashboard

For existing Controller-level custom dashboards:

  1. Click Dashboards & Reports.
  2. Click Dashboards.
  3. In the Dashboards list, select the dashboard that you want to edit, delete, copy, share, or export, and click the appropriate button.
    Note:

You can view the shared dashboards in the full-screen mode by clicking the full-screen button on the top right corner.

For existing dashboard templates:

In the My Dashboards tab of an entity associated with the dashboard:

  • To modify an existing dashboard template, select it in the list and click Edit (pencil).

  • To remove an existing dashboard, click Manage Dashboards from the dropdown, select the template in the list, and then click Delete.

You can use the Import button under Actions when you edit a dashboard. This action replaces the JSON file and thereby updating the existing dashboard instead of creating a new one. This is useful when you want to make multiple changes in a dashboard. For example, if you want to change an application name in multiple widgets, you can first export the dashboard, make the edits, and then import it using the Import button.
