Effective December 20, 2023, AppDynamics has discontinued (EOL) AppDynamics Rapid Start. We have removed AppDynamics Rapid Start offers from the AppDynamics Price List. These offers will be added to the Cisco General Price List.

The below service options are impacted. The AppDynamics price list will no longer have these SKUs listed (collectively "Discontinued SKUs").

• Rapid Start Service
• Rapid Start Plus Service

All customers seeking to renew their AppDynamics Rapid Start offers will be impacted.

Customers who have already purchased the AppDynamics Rapid Start offers will continue to receive support until the termination date of their contract. Existing customers with an active subscription or new customers with an in-flight quote at the time of this notice (both "Existing Customers") may continue to purchase the Discontinued SKUs listed above until December 20, 2023.

Rapid Start offers will be moving to Cisco U., our new digital learning experience. Current AppDynamics paid subscriptions will be converted to Cisco U. Essentials, where subscribers will find their AppDynamics self-paced training and other educational content.

Customers will be able to purchase Rapid Start offers using Cisco U. from the Cisco General Price List beginning on December 15, 2023.

Customers who have already purchased the AppDynamics Rapid Start offers will continue to receive support until the termination date of their contract.
