The Splunk Add-on for Asset and Risk Intelligence collects detailed asset and identity information and helps provide additional context to discovered assets. The add-on serves as an additional data source to provide more targeted asset context.

Use the Splunk Universal Forwarder to deploy the Splunk Add-on for Asset and Risk Intelligence. See Install the Splunk Add-on for Asset and Risk Intelligence.

After you install the add-on, you must add data sources from the Data source management page in Splunk Asset and Risk Intelligence. See Known data sources available for the Splunk Add-on for Asset and Risk Intelligence.
