Troubleshoot issues related to OTel Collectors that occur in agent management.
The OpAMP sidecar is not working

Solution
If you have issues with the OpAMP sidecar, you can try the following solutions:
- If an error occurred, check sidecar logs to investigate the problem.
- If the sidecar isn't working because the supervisor isn't working, check the supervisor or Splunk log files to investigate the problem.
- If the sidecar is not working on FIPS/Windows/Linux-arm64, check if your platform is supported. For 10.0 only Linux arm 64 (not FIPS) are supported, otherwise sidecar doesn't work.
