This version of the Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring Add-on has the following reported fixed issues. If no issues appear below, no issues have yet been reported.

Issue number Description
ITSI-38377

Logs for modular inputs from the add-on are missing. The add-on only reports logs for 4~6 modular inputs, even if there are more modular inputs running and collecting data during the specified time range.

This issue causes the dashboards for the add-on to display incorrect data, such as an incorrect Modular Input Count on the Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring Modular Input Health Check dashboard.

ITSI-38758 Events with names that contain Japanese characters are not indexed in the sim_metrics index. This issue causes intermittent data ingestion.

Workaround:

Enable SSL configuration on the HEC receiver while ingesting data using the SIM Add-on.
