Attach detector to entity health

Attach a detector to an entity so its alerts determine the entity health status.

The Entity tab lets you attach your detector to an entity to map the alerts for the entity to a heath status. The highest severity of any open alerts for an entity will determine one of the possible health states:

  • Red: Critical and Major​

  • Yellow: Minor and Warning​

  • Grey: Info or None

  1. From the Entity tab, toggle on Attach detector to entity health.
  2. From the entity dropdown, select or search for an entity type.
  3. You can detach the detector from the entity health by toggling off Attach detector to entity health.
You can view the detector list to view the entity type attached to the detector.
