Apply filter on License events

Filter by Sub-type

The panel presents a checklist under "All sub-types" with two main categories:

  • Health rules — filters for health-rule-related events.

  • License events — expands into more granular sub-types:
    • License limit exceeded

    • Not authorized

    • Invalid access key

    • Account license created

    • Account license updated

    • Account license expired

    • Other

All sub-types are selected by default. You can select individual check boxes to narrow down which event sub-types appear in the table.

Filter by Application

Click Select Applications button to add application scope in your filter criteria.

Application scope licensing events

In the Application Scope dialog, you can:

  • Search for applications using a "Contains" text filter. For example, typing "sangrahapp" narrows the list.

  • Select one or more applications from the results. For example, SangrahApp, SangrahAppTest, and so on.

  • Use Select all to pick everything at once.

Note: Currently, the application scope is only applicable with license event sub-types and not with health rules.

Apply Filter

After configuring your subtype and application selections, click the Apply button to refresh the events table with only the matching results. You can also Cancel to discard changes.

The filtered table then displays events that match your criteria, displaying columns for Severity, Type, Sub type (# of grouped events), Summary, Time, and Applications.
