View Event Details

To view the detailed information about a licensing event:
  1. Select the event from the list.
  2. Click the eye icon to open the License event dialog box.

Events Details

In the License event dialog box, you can view the following details:

Summary

Displays the event information at a glance:

  • Severity of the event such as Warning

  • Type of the event such as License event

  • Time of the event.

  • A descriptive summary of the event.

  • Also shows a No Actions Executed note if no actions were triggered for the event.

Details

Displays the underlying metadata for the event:

  • AggregatedEventsCount — The number of individual events grouped together.

  • ApplicationIds — The numeric application ID.

  • ApplicationNames — The application name.

Actions Executed

Lists any actions that were triggered in response to the event. It includes details about Severity, Type, Summary, Time, Business Transaction, Tier, Node, and Trigger Policy.

The tab also provides:

  • A Details eye icon for drilling into individual action records.

  • A Show all Events toggle.

  • A Refresh button.

  • A search bar for filtering actions.

Comments

For viewing or adding comments associated with the event.

Actions Dropdown

The Actions button provides three options:

  • Delete — Remove the event

  • Archive — Archive the event

  • Test Action Execution — Test an action execution against this event.

The License event dialog box also includes a link icon in the top-right for copying a direct link to the event.
