Configure Critical Criteria

To configure the critical criteria.

  1. Add a New Condition.

    • Click the + Add Condition button.

  2. Set Overall Condition Logic. If the dropdown next to If is set to All, the health rule will evaluate if all specified conditions are met.

  3. Define Condition.

    • Condition Name: In the text field, specify the name.
    • Metric Type: Select the required type from the dropdown.
    • Edit Expression: Click the Edit Expression button.

      In the Variable Declarations section, declare the required variables:

      In the Expression section, specify the mathematical expression using the declared variables.

      You can use the Insert Variable button to insert the required variable with the curly bracket.
    • Comparison Operator: Set the comparison dropdown as required.
    • Threshold Value: Specify the required number in the value field.

  4. Configure Triggering Behavior.

    • Enable Trigger: Check the box for "Trigger only when violation occurs".
    • Time Window: Set the time window.

  5. Define Health Rule Violation for Pods.
