Usage Analytics AI Assistant The Usage Analytics AI Assistant Integration bridges the current gap between the O11y AI assistant and Usage Analytics data. By enabling the AI to access and interpret usage metrics, users can now perform data analysis through natural language queries rather than relying on manual UI investigation, with a focus on the following use cases:
  • Returning information regarding top MTS metrics consumers.
  • Retrieving detailed information about MTS spikes and drops contributors.

Self-service child organization management

Splunk Observability Cloud introduces self-service child organization management for administrators of eligible paid parent organizations in selected realms. Use the Child organizations page to create a child organization, assign an administrator, allocate parent subscription quantities, rename a child organization, and update its allocations without submitting a provisioning request to Splunk Support.

Automatic navigation instrumentation for React Native and Flutter applications

This release includes automatic navigation instrumentation for React Native and Flutter applications in Splunk Real User Monitoring. The React Native agent can detect routes from React Navigation 6 and 7, including Expo Router applications. The Flutter agent can detect named route changes through a navigator observer for Navigator 1.0, Navigator 2.0, go_router, and auto_route. The agents report navigation events and associate subsequent telemetry with the current screen. See Track Navigation in React Native Automatically and Track Navigation in Flutter Automatically.

Incidents and notification rules

You can now view a group of related alerts as an incident. Instead of responding to individual alerts in isolation, incidents provide a single, unified view of an issue, including all related alerts and context. You can create incident notification rules to define who receives notifications for incidents affecting specific services, infrastructure, or environments. This feature is currently available in the us1 realm.
