Rollback Agents

Warning: Rollback is available only if you have upgraded the agent by using the UI at least once. You can rollback only to the last version that was used.

If you require to rollback to the previously installed agent version, perform the following on the Agent Management page:

  1. Select Agents > App Server Agents or Agents > Machine Agent.
  2. Select the required agents that you require to rollback to the previous version.
  3. Click Actions > Rollback to previous version.
  4. On the confirmation dialog box, click OK if you are sure that you want to rollback to the previous version.
