Summary

AppDynamics has discovered a memory leak in the AppDynamics.Agent.Coordinator Windows service that occurs when:

• There are a high number of processes being instrumented on a single server, and
• At least one .NET Class/Method Custom Match Rule has been configured on the Controller

Affected Software

This issue affects 4.1.x versions of the .NET agent previous to 4.1.5. Agent versions 4.0 and older are not affected.

Impact

Memory Leak: The AppDynamics.Agent.Coordinator Windows service slowly increases memory utilization.

Resolution

Please install the .NET Agent version 4.1.5 to resolve this issue.
