Support Advisory: Changes to Extensions Support Model
This document describes the support advisory for an AppDynamics product.
Summary
AppDynamics has changed the support model for the most popular extensions on the AppDynamics Exchange portal. They are now available under an open-source model, where you have direct access to the source code and may evolve them to suit your needs or build new use cases. As part of this move, extensions were moved to the Cisco Developer Network on September 6th 2021.
AppDynamics will no longer provide the extension binaries for download, but will provide instructions to build your own artifacts for each extension.

All customers currently using extensions.
Troubleshooting
We encourage you to troubleshoot any issues you encounter using the troubleshooting guide, and to contribute to the open source community with any enhancements you want to add to the extensions.
