Dual Signal Mode for Nodejs

Note: This feature is in beta phase and subject to Splunk AppDynamics Limited License Agreement.
  • Generates Splunk AppDynamics APM data with OpenTelemetry signals using the OpenTelemetry Instrumentation for Nodejs.

  • Requires Node Agent 25.8.0 or higher.

  • Consumes higher memory and CPU than the hybrid mode.

  • See Supported Frameworks.

Supported platforms

  • Supported on Linux (x64 and arm64)
  • Supported only through standalone agent (npm agent not supported)
