Manually update Splunk Edge Hub OS

To update your Splunk Edge Hub OS, manually upload an upgrade file. This method is also useful for air-gapped environments.
Prerequisites
Set up your Splunk Edge Hub device and launch the Edge Hub Advanced settings page. See the following documentation:
Steps
Complete the following steps to manually update Splunk Edge Hub OS.
- When an update is available, contact edgesupport@splunk.com to receive an upgrade file.
- In the Edge Hub Advanced Settings page, navigate to System Update.
- Upload the provided upgrade file.
- Review and agree to the displayed terms and conditions.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Splunk Edge Hub OS receives the upgrade, progresses through the upgrade steps, and restarts.
