How do I troubleshoot the Network Agent?
Network Agent Logs
If you notice any performance issues related to the Agent:
- Stop the Network Agent:
- For ZIP packages: Identify the Agent process and enter:
ps ef | grep
\appd-netagent
The output provides the process ID (PID
) of the Network Agent process:kill <network_agent_PID>
- For RPM and DEB packages, enter:
sudo service appd-netviz stop
- For ZIP packages: Identify the Agent process and enter:
- Review these log files under
<network-agent-install>/logs
:appd-netmon.log
appd-netagent.log.log
