You can monitor the performance of Cisco Enterprise Network entities using entity dashboards. You can view entity dashboards from the Entity Overview or Entity Management page.

View entity dashboards from the Entity Overview page

Monitor the performance of Cisco Enterprise Network entities by viewing entity dashboards from the Entity Overview page.

Complete the following steps to view entity dashboards from the Entity Overview page.
  1. From the IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) main menu, select Entity Overview.
  2. Select the Cisco Catalyst Center Sites or Meraki Network entity type chiclet.
  3. Select an Entity Name.

View entity dashboards from the Entity Management page

Monitor the performance of Cisco Enterprise Network entities by viewing entity dashboards from the Entity Management page.

Complete the following steps to view entity dashboards from the Entity Management page.
  1. From the ITSI main menu, select Configuration, then Entity Management.
  2. Filter for the Cisco Enterprise Network entity types:
    1. Select Advanced Filter, then Add Set of Rules (OR).
    2. Select Alias, then Entity Type.
    3. In the field labeled with Select…, select Cisco Catalyst Center Sites and Meraki Network.
  3. In the row for the entity you want to monitor, select View Health.
