Link services and business workflows to teams in Splunk Observability Cloud

Learn how to link services and business workflows to teams in Splunk Observability Cloud.

You can link services to a team to make resources accessible on the team’s landing page. When you link a service to a team, the business workflow(s) that involve the service are automatically linked to the team as well.

Linking a service to a team enables the following resources:

  • On the team landing page, the Services and Business workflows tabs display the list of linked services and business workflows as well as their associated alerts and request, error, and duration (RED) metrics.

  • On the APM Overview page, filter by a team to display only the services and business workflows that are linked to the team in the Services and Business workflows tabs.

To learn more about team landing pages, see Manage team landing pages in Splunk Observability Cloud.

You can link a service to a team from the team's landing page, or the Team page setup.
