View reports in Splunk Mobile

View, search for, favorite, and share reports directly from your mobile device with Splunk Mobile.

Requirements

Interacting with reports in Splunk Mobile requires the following versions:

Splunk Secure GatewayBundled with Splunk Cloud Platform 9.0.2205 and Splunk Enterprise 9.1

Prerequisites

Before viewing reports, complete the following tasks:
  • Ensure an admin enables Splunk Secure Gateway.

  • Log in to your Splunk platform instance.

  • Ensure that your reports are saved and compatible with Splunk Mobile.

Viewing reports

  1. In Splunk Mobile, open the Reports tab.

  2. Using the tabs, browse all reports, scheduled reports, or favorites.

  3. Tap a report to view its content.

Searching for reports

  1. Open the Reports tab.
  2. To search, tap the Search icon beside the title.
  3. Enter a report name for the title.
  4. View results and choose from the populated matches.
  5. Tap the star next to any report to add it to your favorites.

Sharing reports

  1. Open the Reports tab.
  2. Select the report you want to share.
  3. Tap the arrow icon to access sharing options.

  4. Select your preferred sharing method, such as messaging or email.

Scheduling report notifications

  1. Open the Reports tab.

  2. Tap a report to view its full details.

  3. Tap the notification bell icon to schedule updates.
