View your schedule and schedule overrides from the mobile app
About how to view and manage scheduled overrides in the Splunk On-Call mobile app.
Within the Splunk On-Call mobile app, you can access your schedule and make schedule changes. Capabilities include viewing your schedule at a glance, creating an override for yourself, taking a teammate's override, and or taking a teammate's on-call shift.
View your schedule
The schedule tab in the navigation bar displays your personalized schedule, including your calendar overview, your current or next on-call shift, and any active overrides you may have.
In this tab:

On-Call is represented by a teal line.

Overrides that have already been assigned or taken are represented by a blue line.

Overrides that are unassigned are represented by a red line.
Manage scheduled overrides
At the bottom of the home page, you'll find the active scheduled overrides for your team. Selecting Select All to view your teammates overrides, create a new override for yourself, or take an unassigned override.
Create a scheduled override
You can create a scheduled override from three different locations in the app:

On the home page, select Create Override.

On the Calendar page, select Add.

On the Team Overrides page, select * in the upper-right corner.
Take a scheduled override
Unassigned scheduled overrides will have a Take button next to them, denoting that they have not yet been covered.
On the Team Overrides page, select Take and then confirm again in the pop-up window to assign the override to yourself.
View and take on-call shifts
View other teammates on-call shifts by selecting View All. You can take your teammates on-call by selecting Take Shift and clear it by selecting Clear Take or Take Back.
