Enhanced alerting capabilities
  • Introduced prepackaged alert templates, allowing customers to create alerts without the need for custom enterprise-level configuration.
Improved performance and usability
  • Improved dashboard performance for a smoother and faster user experience.
  • Removed "source" from summary searches to increase dashboards load time.

    Volume and event count metrics for "source" continue to be available through live searches directly on Splunk platform indexes. Precomputed metrics for "source" are no longer available.

  • Removed volume metric for "host" and "source" dimension to increase dashboards load time. Ingestion monitoring continues to be available through the "event count" metric.
New dashboard experience
  • Updated and modernized the dashboard's look and feel.
