Filter incident actions from the mobile app
Filter and sort through incidents between the Yours, Team, and All Orgs incident tabs. Filters make it easy to view incidents based on their incident state. For example, you can use a filter to view only triggered incidents.
Manage incidents
Select the three dots in the top-right corner of your mobile app to display three incident management options: Create a Manual Incident, Enable Maintenance Mode, and Acknowledge All of Your Triggered Incidents.
You can use the Splunk On-Call mobile app to take the following actions on incidents:

Acknowledge, Reroute, Snooze, Resolve

Use shortcut actions
The mobile app supports the following shortcut actions on incidents:

Swipe left on an incident to see incident action options. Swiping left on a triggered incident will give you the option to acknowledge, reroute, or snooze.

Swipe right on an incident to either acknowledge or resolve it.
