Troubleshooting scenarios for team-based queues
To help troubleshoot issues you might run into when using team-based queues, see the following solutions:
Scenario: You move a finding to a queue you don't have access to
Cause: Admins assign visibility to queues based on roles. If your role does not have assigned visibility to the destination queue, then you won't see that queue on the Mission Control page.
Solution: An admin must manually move the finding back to a queue you have access to. If the destination queue has the " Allow users to move items to other queues" setting unchecked, then an admin must check the box, and then move the finding.
Scenario: You want to remove a team queue
Cause: Queues can't be deleted.
Solution: An admin must remove all the conditions for that queue on the Team queues configuration page to stop findings and investigations from being added to the queue. Then, the admin must manually move the existing findings and investigations out of that queue and into another one.
Scenario: You can't move a finding in multiple investigations to a new queue
Cause: Findings that have been added to multiple investigations can't be moved to a new queue.
Solution: Remove the shared findings from the other investigations, or move all the investigations that have the finding to the new queue.
