Add drilldown links to entity types in ITSI to view related resources from the service analyzer.
From the navigation menu, go to the Entity management page and the Entity types tab. Create a new type, or edit an existing type.
To add a URL, go to the Navigations section and add your drilldown link. Select Show in Service Analyzer to view the drilldown link in the service analyzer.
(Optional) Set advanced configuration settings for your drilldown, such as adding a parameter or token to the drilldown URL link.
To add a Splunk dashboard link, go to the Splunk dashboards section. Select the dashboard you want to link to the entity type. Select Show in Service Analyzer to view the dashboard link in the service analyzer.
After adding drilldown links, go to the linked services in the service analyzer to view your drilldown links. Relevant links display next to the service’s name, or by clicking a KPI linked to the service, and then viewing the links listed in the Drilldowns column in the Entities side panel.
